Service Scope
Moment Capture provides photography services for product photography, including studio and on-location work in Chiang Rai, subject to availability and pre-session planning. The scope of each project is confirmed through the inquiry, product review, reference materials, shot list, and agreed plan before production begins.

Quotes and Payment
Scope / use / administrationAny quote is based on the agreed product count, views, styling, and retouched files, and may change if the scope changes. Payment methods accepted for confirmed work are card and bank transfer, and any commercial terms must be agreed before the session proceeds.

Client Responsibilities
Payments / cancellation / timingThe client is responsible for providing accurate product information, a clear shot list, and any reference materials needed for the session. Sample setup approval, proof review, and final file delivery are handled according to the agreed workflow, and curation may exclude duplicates, test frames, or technically unsuitable images.
All photographs, previews, edits, and related materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights unless a separate written license states otherwise. No copyright transfer, resale right, third-party advertising right, or exclusive use right is granted except as expressly agreed in writing.
